Step 4

Attend enrolment

Enrolment usually happens during the last two weeks of August.

We’ll email you your enrolment date and time – try to attend your allocated slot to secure your place.

You’ll meet your tutors, learn about your first classes, and find out how to access your timetable. It’s also a great chance to get familiar with the campus, meet other apprentices, and feel ready for September.

Step 5

Start your apprenticeship

College starts in early September. You’ll receive an email to your college email address with your start date and details on how to view your timetable through the CG Connect app.

Timetables can take a few days to appear on CG Connect after enrolment, and they can change right up until term starts — so keep checking the app for updates.

NB: Hospitality and Catering apprentices, you don’t need to attend college in person, so you can start at any point in the year.
